The authors must pay the registration fees to the Conference Representatives

The authors must bear the Service Charge (if any) of the bank/Company in the Sender’s Side.

Your registration MUST NOT confirmed until the proof of payment is received in full

(please send the the proof of payment to us by replying on the acceptance email you received)

For the authors who have difficulties to pay US Dollars, please pay Euros as latest currency exchange.

Please note that the paid registration fee cannot be refund if you cannot participate in the conference.

For all accepted papers, the registration fee need to be paid before the deadline. Please note that your paper WILL NOT be published if the fee is not received by the date.

Type of Participation

Oral Presentation

For Oral Presenter: Please prepare your slide using power point program, the time of each participant must not exceed 15 minutes (10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A)

Poster Presentation

For Poster Presenter: Please prepare your poster using A0 size ( 841mm width x 1189mm hight), portrait orientation. For more details of the poster preparation, please  > click here <
