Dr. Sergio Saleem Scatolini
Is a Belgian scholar working in English department- Rustaq College of Education Sultanate of Oman. He has an international cultural background and a multidisciplinary academic background. At present, he is involved in Academic writing and quality assurance theory and processes in higher education, including program review and institutional accreditation. Dr. Sergio has taught in Belgium, St. Maarten (Dutch Caribbean), Argentina, Malaysia, and Oman.
Dr. Saad Sabbar Dahham
Is an Iraqi scholar . He is the head of scientific research department in Rustaq college of education- Ministry of higher education-Sultanate of Oman. Dr. Saad is an editor in many journals, and he organized many workshops and international conferences in Turkey, Malaysia Oman and Iraq. He has Published several research papers indexed by Scopus and Clarivate, and participated in 20 international conferences as a speaker and participant.
